About our jewellery
Pish Posh uses the finest gem-quality beads available to produce fun, fashionable jewellery that is both simple and timeless. We use high quality jeweller’s wire for our products, and we always use sterling silver or gold-filled findings when constructing our designs. We take great care to produce jewellery that is durable and will last, but please keep in mind that the pieces are created using delicate natural gemstones. If bumped against a hard object or dropped, some of the more delicate gemstones may fracture.
An occasional gentle cleaning with soap and water should keep the gems shiny and beautiful. It is natural for all metals to oxidize or tarnish with exposure to air and other chemicals (i.e. perfume, hairspray etc.) To ensure that all jewellery stays brighter longer, please keep them in an air tight container or ziplock bag. Your jewellery’s natural shine can easily be restored by using a polishing cloth. After polishing one or two times, the recurrence of tarnish on the silver will decrease significantly.
About Sterling Silver
Sterling Silver, otherwise known as .925 silver is a great complement to gemstones. It is also a great choice for people that may have skin sensitivities or reactions with some types of jewellery, since there is no potentially-irritating nickel contained in sterling silver.
About 14K Gold Fill
Gold Fill is a more cost-efficient way of using long-lasting gold in jewellery designs, and is a preferred by many jewellery designers today. Gold Fill should not be confused with "Gold Plate" as they are two different materials. Gold-fill is a material on which a thick layer of gold has been fused. The resulting ingot is then rolled to make sheet and wire, and the base is clad with 10% 14K gold. Gold Fill is superior to "gold-plated" jewellery since a thicker and denser layer of 14K gold is achieved. This gold layer which has been fused onto the core will never wear off, nor will it tarnish! It will continue to look beautiful and it is hypoallergenic.

Pish Posh is always looking for Hostesses to hold Home Parties for their friends and family. We will supply our stylish, handcrafted jewellery and all the supplies needed for setting a great display. All you need to do is invite a minimum of 10 people and enjoy a fun night while being dazzled by all the pretty sparkly things. As a thank you for opening your home to us, you will receive a choice of select Pish Posh jewellery valued up to $50.00.

Return Policy
We at Pish Posh want our customers to be happy with their purchases. In fact, we want you to love how fabulous you look in our gorgeous pieces. If for any reason you are less than happy with your purchase, you can return your merchandise within seven (7) days of your date of purchase for an exchange or refund, not including shipping. within seven days and include your Paypal invoice number. We will contact you with instructions for returning the order to us. Jewellery must be returned in its original condition and packaging before the exchange or refund will be processed. We recommend that all returns be insured as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the event that any item becomes damaged from normal wear, we will repair it free of charge within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we will repair your jewellery for reasonable materials and shipping fees.

Payment by Cheque
You may pay for your order by cheque if your account is from Canada. Orders will be shipped once the cheque has cleared.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed after Pish Posh receives your payment.
Shipping
Pish Posh uses Canada Post Express Post shipping in order to ensure our items are insurable and traceable. This also means that your order gets to you much faster and allows us to confirm it got to you as the shipper promised. It also means that if an order goes missing, we can track it down quickly and get it to you.

Shipping within Canada is $8.95
International shipping including the United States is $9.95. International orders generally take 7-14 days for delivery.
For goods shipped outside of Canada, please note that when your package is delivered, you may be charged customs, duty, or local taxes, depending on the customs regulations in your country.
